Frfcioni of Springs- dale, Pa. Miss Pigneri, who lives at Balboa Island, Calif., teaches for the Garden Grove (Calif.) School District. She was graduate?! from Drake University, where she was a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority. She is taking graduate study at the University of California at Long Beach. Mr. Fricioni, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh i Pa. i, is an engineer for Douglas Aircraft in Huntington Beach, Calif., and is taking graduate study at the University of Southern California at Los Angeles. Miss Cowdin Is Married Mr. and Mrs, Garland A. Cowdin, 1423 Clinton ave., announce the engagement of i their daughter, Karen, and \ Gerald J. Wermers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald L. Wermers of Dixon. 111.
