According to Johnelte Hodgin, dean of extension studies, complementary courses are offered at neighboring extension sites to better accommodate the needs of students in areas outside of Baytown. For example, the Hardin neighborhood college is only a short drive from the Liber- ty/Dayton campus. By offering English 1302. the first semester of English Composition, at Liberty High School, and Englis'h 1303, the second semester of the course, at Hardin High School! Lee College hopes to meet the needs of more service area residents. Classes are offered this fall in Anahuac, Crosby, Liberty/Dayton, Hardin and Huffman, as well as at "College at the Mall" at San Jacinto Mall. Students may register the first day of class on a space-available basis, at the neighborhood college sites. Students may also come to the main campus for late registration Aug. 31 and Sept. 1. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Late registration by approval only will continue through Sept. 16. with registration hours 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays.
