Capacity Audience At I 'Outdoor Life Night' A capacity audience filled th* third floor lodge room of the Frederick Chapter. Order of DeMolay, lor the observance of "Outdoor Life N i g h t " Officers and members of Lynch Lodge No. 163, A. F. and A. Masons, were guests of honor. 'All I principal officers of Lynch Lodge were in attendance along with several Past Masters and a goodly representation of the members. Masons from several other lodges were guests also. A group of twelve or fourteen members of the Beltsville Chapter Order of DeMolay, along with two of their advisors, were in attendance. The-feature of the evening opened with the American Conservation Creed of "Outdoor Life," recited by the entire assembly. A very interesting talk on fishing and hunting was given by Frank Bentz, former chief clerk of the Maryland Conservation Commission. Mr. Bentz explained the blessings of Maryland to the boys ar\d their guests. From the seashore of the Atlantic Ocean at Ocean City and the great Chesapeake Bay to the mountains in Western Maryland few places in the world offer the wonderful opportunities to lovers of the outdoors as found in Maryland, said Mr. ,;Bentz. . , ' He also explained the origin and how the order of the Jungle Cock was started in the Catoctin mountains at Thurmont. The creed of the Jungle Cock was read and a framed copy passed among the assembly. Proper handling of the fly rod WPS also explained. Two color films of hunting and fishing in Alaska thrilled the boys as big game hunting and fishing at its best was exemplified. The Mothers Circle served refreshments on the fourth floor of the temple after the meeting. Local Mention! Mid-Week Bmrn D»nc« EVERY THURSDAY Starting this week at Agri. U ORDER OF PUBLICATION NO. 17214 EQUITY In The Circuit Court For Frederick County In Equity Ann Simcral vs. William Simeral The object of this proceeding is to procure a divorce A VINCULO MATRI- MONII by the Plaintiff. Ann Simeral, from the Defendant, William Simeral. and for such other and further relief a* the nature of the case may require. The Bill states in substance, that the the Plaintiff is a resident of Frederick County. State of Maryland, and has been so for more thap one year last past: while the Defendant is » nonresident of the State of Maryland, residing in Denver. Colorado; that your Complainant was married to the Defendant on the day of May. fti Ui Nineteen Hundred and Forty-two in the Army Chapel at Fort Myer, Vir- J nia, by Chaplain Alva J. Brasted, SA, a regularly ordained minister of the Gospel; that as a result of the said marriage two children were born, namely Robert B. Simeral. who was born on March 8. 19*3, and Joan B. Simeral. who was born on March 29, 1946; the Bill further alleges that although the conduct of the Complainant towards the Defendant, William Simeral. has always been kind, chaste, dutiful and affectionate, the Defendant. William Simeral, between the time of said marriage and the filing of this Bill of Complaint, without just cause or reason, abandoned and deserted your Complainant, and that such abandonment and desertion has continued uninterruptedly for at least eighteen months and is deliberate and final, and the separation of the parties to this cause IK beyond any reasonable expectation of reconciliation. It is thereupon this 30th day of October. 1951, by the Circuit Court for Frederick County, in Mquity, ORDERED that the Plaintiff, by causing a copy of this Order of Publication to be published for at least four successive weeks prior to the 29th day of November. 1951, in some newspaper published in Frederick County, Maryland, etving notice to the Defendant, William Simeral, of the object and substance of 1hl* bill of Complaint and warning him to be and appear in thl» Court, either in person or by Solicitor, on or before the 13th day of December, 1951. to show e»use, if any he has, why the. relief sought should not he ifranted.
