Powdernorn Skier Statue Distance Fiom U.S. 2 to Laka Superior Approximately 15 Miles The Black River National Scenic Byway follows County Road 513 and toads people to hiking trails, scenic waterfalls, Copper Peak Ski Frying vista, Black River Harbor and Lake Superior. Black River Scenic Byway Attractions BIG POWOERHORN MOUNTAIN VILLAGE—As you turn North off U.S. 2 and travel along Powderhorn Road you'll pass picturesque chalets nestled in the woods and the main ski slopes of Big Powderhorn Mountain. The village can accommodate over 3.000 guests and welcomes visitors year round. THE ROYAL PALM RANCH^Thls nationally recognized equestrian school is operated by Lynn Sarvatori Palm winner of 11 National and Reserve National Champions and 5 World Champions. The ranch will be featuring scheduled guided tours and Clydesdale drawn wagon rides ai scheduled times throughout the summer and fail.
