Black River Scenic Byway Attractions BIG POWOERHORN MOUNTAIN VILLAGE—As you turn North off U.S. 2 and travel along Powderhorn Road you'll pass picturesque chalets nestled in the woods and the main ski slopes of Big Powderhorn Mountain. The village can accommodate over 3.000 guests and welcomes visitors year round. THE ROYAL PALM RANCH^Thls nationally recognized equestrian school is operated by Lynn Sarvatori Palm winner of 11 National and Reserve National Champions and 5 World Champions.
