What My Dad Means To Me CINDY BALL, IS Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin D. Ball, 1125 Cinderella My father means a lot to me because he took me out and taught me how to drive standard and automatic shift cars. He solves some of my problems when I have them. He takes us on vacations to California to visit my aunt and uncle. SHAWN ,MAUU)IN,9, 'Jo,i oi Mr. and Mrs. Bob Mauldin. 1808 Coffee He takes me out lets me shoot my .22 rifle and shotgun. DEBBIE LAMAK, 14. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Handy Slavick. 816 N. Christy There are some people who arc unable to get along with their lathers because of the generation gap, but 1 think my father is fantastic. 1 can talk with my father and he understands what I have to say. 1 don't like to be just with kids my age all of the time. I like to go places with my father because we have fun. A lot of families are really dull, but around our house there is always something going. My father oing. Daughter of Bill Walker. 1816N. Dwight My dad is everything to me. He is always there whether I need him financially, spiritually or emotionally. He is always there. We have our differences just like everyone else but somehow or another, he can sense the way I feel about things. He means very much to me and he always has and he always will. He usually is easy to get along with because he forms his own opinions about people. Everybody has their bad points, I guess, so sometimes he is not so easy to get along with and he does get mad, but everybody does. DAVIDSOKOLOSKY.7, Son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sokolosky, 2117 Dwight Sometimes when my dad goes to work he takes me with. him. He plays catch with me and he fixes my bicycle. DEBBIE JOHNSON, 13 Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marshal Johnson, 1801 N.Hamilton I appreciate my daddy because he lets me do things that some parents wouldn't let their kids do. He takes the whole family out driving. When I have problems, I can always go to him and tell him about them, and he straightens them out. He sometimes goes out in the yard and plays catch and throws the football and stuff like that to me. RONNY JOUETT. 18, Son of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Jouett. 1108 Crane Road. All the accomplishments in my life 1 contribute to my father. Without him 1 would get nowhere in this world. 1 can sit down and talk with my lather and we understand each other. Many times 1 take him for granted for all the hard times he has been through with me. That is why 1 think si) much of my father.
