ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to foreclose all rights of redemption of the named Defendants in and to the property described as all those lots or parcels of land situate, lying and being at Old Fields on Coppermine Road in Linganore District, containing 9 acres of land more or less in Frederick County, Maryland, said .property being all and the same real estate described in the following four deeds: 1. Deed dated the 20th day of December, 19M, from James A. Fisher, et ux, unto Charles C. Fisher and wife, recorded in Liber 269, folio 153, one of the Land Records of Frederick County, Maryland; 2. Deed dated the 19th day of February, 1902, from Otis Stone to Charles C. Fisher and Rebecca Fisher, his wife, recorded in Liber D.H.H. 13, folio 227, one of the aforesaid Land Records; 3. Deed dated the 15th day of August, 1908, from Lucy Belle Wells and Lewis Wells, her husband, unto Charles Fisher and Rebecca Fisher, his wife, recorded in Liber 284, folio 284, one of the aforesaid Land Records; and 4. Deed dated the 2nd day of December, 1918, from William H. Bowers unto Charles Fisher recorded in Liber 329, Folio 241, I and for such other and further relief as the nature of the case may require. The Bill states in substance that on November 12,1968, Charlotte W. Yarroll, County Treasurer of Frederick County, acting by authority of said office, sold the aforesaid property at public auction for the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty ($1,350.00) Dollars; on account of State and County Taxes then due and in arrears levied against said property; that said purchasers did assign said property to your Complain- ·i valuable consideration; that on that date of said sale, there was paid to the Defendant, Charlotte W.
