Molinger of Marysville hy the Union-co Medical Society. The county organi/.alion had •xpelled him from membership. The state organization, however, ruled that the measure was too severe, and ordered instead that he be suspended from membor- «hip in the county society from Dec. 17. 1954 to .Ian. 1, 19f)0. The council said Dr. Bolinger had a fair trial before the society «nd that evidence offered in four rf nine charges filed against him was sufficient to sustain a finding of guilty. Two of the four charges related to false accusations he allegedly made concerning the professional conduct of other members of the society; another al- ieged neglect of a hospital patient, and the fourth-eharged he withheld required information in applying for surgical privileges in the Union County Memorial Hospital at MarysviUe.
