J4, l»55 i Sondusky High's 1 Choir On Mutual ^ Network Today I Bandusky Hgh school's acap- pella choir, directed by Haroid Kaufman, will be heard over the Mutual Broadcasting Co.'s nation- Hi network todfly at 4:30 p. m. Sanduskians, however, can hear the program over the locnl station tonight at 7:30 o'clock. This marks the third straight year that the Sandusky choir has been heard via the network. Mutual has scheduled 23 choirs this .•ieason, but only two are from High schools. In addition to vSan- dnsky, the Batavia, N. Y. High .»ichool choir will also be heard. I Bellevue Solons OK Plans For Tea Room BKLLKVUK, Dec. 14 — Cily council has passed a resolution cmilirming a recent action of the city zoning connnission which will help pave the way for founding of a "social inn" on Soulhwesl-st. The zoning connnission had okaycfl a petition presented hy Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cal- brailh, Nortliwcsl-st, who asked permission to establish a tea room and restaurant in the Quirin residence on Southwest- st. It is said thai the Galbrailhs will restore the beaul.v of the old home and devote the large rio\\nstairs to an oslablishment which would cater to the public. The State Theater today announced that Roy Rogers and Pinicy Lee will star in the main feature movie to be shown Saturday morning for the second an- ninl Christmas Canorama. The doors will open at 8:45 a. m. an(' the movie will start at 9:30 .1. m. Title of the movie is "South of Calicnte." Admission for area youngsters will be by donation of canned goods lor distribution to area families foi- Christmas dinners. These donations can be made in any form of non -perishable food and will be collected at the door.
