Court date May 18. FELONY DISPOSITIONS April 16 Scott Hammond, 1300 N. Eighth Herrin, and Martin Counts, Bayer Circle Apt. 132, Carterville, were both charged with aggravated robbery. Hammond was found guilty and was sentenced to eight years in Menard Correctional Center and received credit for 124 days already served.

Counts pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 24 months probation. He was ordered to pay costs only and serve six months in Williamson County Jail. He received credit for time served. He is to pay restitution of $150. Scott Hammond.

1300 N. Eighth St. Herrin, was charged with burglary. He was found guilty and sentenced to five years in Menard Correctional Center. This is concurrent with the eight years he is serving for aggravated robbery.

He is to receive credit for 124 days already served. Leslie L. Clayton, Route 2 Junction Falls, Creal Springs, was charged with unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, armed violence and unlawful possession of weapon by a felon. All counts dismissed. April 23 Dustin K.
