Tuesday shortly after birth in Decatur and Macon County Hospital. He is survived by his parents, Ralph and Virginia Vogel Sheumaker; brothers, Randy, Ralph and Robbie, all at home; grand- parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Tuesday in Decatur Vogel, Decatur and Mrs. Ada County Hospital.

Jones of Decatur and Ralph Sheumaker of Los Angeles, arrangements are Calif. Brintlinger's Funeral Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Graceland Cemetery. The Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. D.

Haher, 67, of 728 Whitmer Ave.

died at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Hospital, where he had been a patient since Sunday. Mr. Haher was born July 7, 1900, in Decatur, a son of Michael and Elizabeth Howard Haher.

He was a lifelong resilent of Decatur. Mr. Haher was a tool and die maker for Marvel-Schebler Products Division of Borg Warner Corp. for 16 years. He was a member of St.

James Catholic Church, Moose Lodge 684 and local 979 of the Allied Industrial Workers of America. He married Lila M. Keys June 10, 1927, in Decatur. She survives. He also leaves one daughter, Jeanie, at home; and three isters, Mrs.

George (Josephine) Cast and Mrs. Agnes Ferneau, both of Decatur, and Mrs. S. E. (Mary) Scheel of Schwenksville, Pa.

Two brothers preceded him in death. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the J. J. Moran Sons Funeral Home. Herman Custer Funeral services for Herman J.

Custer will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Wednesday. Mr.

Custer, 93, of 1279 S. Illinois St. died at 5 p.m. Monday at home. He leaves one son, Clarence: field Feb.

12, 1922, in Argenta. He survives. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home, Argenta, where friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday.

Burial will be in Friends Creek Cemetery. Mrs. Pheiffer Mrs. Benjamin (Geraldine) Pfeiffer, 67, of Edinburg, formerly of Decatur, died at 11:30 p.m. Monday in Edinburg.

She was born Nov. 7, 1900, in Decatur, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. P.

Padgett. She moved to Edinburg from Decatur in 1938, the year she married Benjamin Pfeiffer. He died in She had previously been married to Richard Ward, in Bloomington. He died in 1937. Survivors, all of Decatur, include one brother, Phillip E.

Padgett; and three sisters, Mrs. Catherine Bretz, Mrs. Erwin (Josephine) Parker and Edwina Padgett. One sister and one brother preceded her in death. Funeral arrangements are in- John A.

Haher great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hatfield Mrs. Mervil E. (Ada Hatfield, 69, of Yucaipa, formerly of Argenta, died at 3:30 a.m.

Tuesday in Burket, while visiting relatives. Mrs. Hatfield was born July 27, 1898, in Macon County, a daughter of William and Mary Taylor Armstrong. She moved from Argenta to Yucaipa, in December 1964. She attended the Argenta Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Argenta Order of Eastern Star 819 and the Argenta Rebekah Lodge 720.
