physically After Colonel Jordan left Mt Murphy asked Shutze into tbe private room seeming to be in the best of huor The clerks heard tbe key turned in the lock and shortly af ter three piRul shuts Tbe door be ing locked tbe clerks could not enter Colonel Jordan was hurriedly tele phoned fer soon arrived and possess ing a key entered the room Air Shutze was sitting in a by his typewriter his head thrown back on the back of the chair with a bullet bole in his temple Death was in stantaneous ive feet from Mr Shutze Colonel Murphy face downward with two bullet holes through the roef of bis mouth
