Arrangements are incomplete at Summers Funeral Home, Olney. member of the First Methodist Church, Lerna. She married Logan Scott in 1919. He died in 1977. Surviving are her daughters.

Mrs. Richard (Emily) Becker of Cantlin; Mrs. Dorothy Bickel of Muncie, Mrs. William (Norma) Carter of Mattoon; Mrs. Roy (Marilyn) Walk of Neoga; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.

Pipher was born in Clay. County, daughter of William E. and Mamie B. Smith. She was a retired schoolteacher.

She was a member of Immanuel Methodist Church and the Retired Teachers Association. She married Roy Pipher. He died in 1965. Surviving are her sons, Emery of Cambridge, Ohio; Donovan of Phoenix, daughter, Rebecca Pipher of Olney; brother, Paul of Fillmore; sisters, Ina Koertge of Refugio, Texas; Thelma Mcclain of Olney; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Four brothers and one greatgrandchild preceded her in death.

Ryan ASSUMPTION Mrs. Paul (Dorothy M. Riggs) Ryan, 74, of Assumption died 8:02 p.m. Tuesday (April 7. 1987) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption, with visitation 11 a.m. until services. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Assumption. Memorials: Assumption Ambulance Service.

Mrs. Ryan was born in Shelby County, daughter of Ben and Lottie Riggs. She was a member of Memorial Presbyterian Church of Assumption, past district president and first president of VFW Auxiliary 6577, Assumption. She married Dean A. VanDeventer in 1936.

He died in 1973. She married Paul Ryan in 1978. Surviving are her husband; sons, Larry R. VanDeventer of Decatur; Roger Dean VanDeventer of Lincoln, seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. One grandchild preceded her in death.

Scott MATTOON Mrs. Logan (Hazel Alfred) Scott, 95, of Mattoon, formerly of Lerna, died 10 p.m. Tuesday (April 7, 1987) in the Odd Fellow Rebekah Home, Mattoon. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Mitchell-Jerdan Funeral Home, Mattoon, with visitation after 6 p.m.

Thursday. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, southeast of Mattoon. Mrs. Scott was born in Coles County, daughter of Edward C. and Emma Alfred.

She was a Community Hospital. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Westfield Baptist Church. Visitation will be 5 to 8:30 p.m. Friday in Markwell Funeral Home, Westfield.

Burial will be in Enon Cemetery, near Ashmore. Mrs. Lang was born in West-field, daughter of Earl and Margaret Snyder. She was a member of Westfield Baptist Church, Ashmore Home Extension and Westfield American Legion Auxiliary. She married Loren Lang in 1928.

He died in 1986. Surviving are her son, Robert of rural Ashmore; daughters, Betty Sloan of Pesotum; Shirley Saiter of Paris; Sandra Johnson of Charleston; brothers, Frank of Garden Valley, Ralph of Urbana; sisters, Josephine Lacy of Glen Ellyn; Mary Williams of Des Moines, Iowa; Velma Perry of Yale; nine grandchildren; six great-grandduldren. One brother and one grandchild preceded her in death. Maguire COFFEEN Mrs. William "Mickey" (Cora E.

Moore) Maguire, 86, of Coffeen died 4:15 p.m. Tuesday (April 7, 1987) in Hillsboro Hospital. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Toberman Funeral Home, Coffeen, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.

Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hillsboro. Memorials: donor's choice. Mrs. Maguire was born in Hillsboro, daughter of Joseph A. and Julia E.

Moore. She was a member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church of Cahokia. She married William "Mickey" Maguire in 1917. He died in 1959. Surviving are her daughters, Mrs.

Fay (Elaine) Snow of Coffeen; Mildred Howard Ginosky of Cahokia; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. One son, five brothers and two sisters preceded her in death. Oakley ALLERTON Mrs. Lyle (Patty St Clair) Oakley, 61, of Allerton died 10 a.m. Wednesday (April 8, 1987) in Sullivan Health Care Ce-neter, Sullivan.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Joines Funeral Home, Newman, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Payne Cemetery, Brocton. Mrs.

Oakley was born in Brocton, daughter of Ray and Mary St. Clair. She was a member of the Allerton United Methodist Church, Allerton. She married Lyle Oakley in 1946. Surviving are her husband; sons, Scott and Randy, both of Brooksville, brothers, Raymond and Robert, both of Brocton; sisters, Helen North of Park Ridge; Dorothy Razwick of Tampa, Clara Allison of Bruce of Champaign; John of Jo-plin, daughter, Sue Gorman of Champaign; Ellen Wolsenber-ger of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister, Ethel Green of Ivesdale; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Four brothers and two grandchildren preceded him in death. i Hoehn PANA Albert M. Hoehn, 89, of Pana died 5:50 p.m. Tuesday (April 7, 1987) in Barry Health Care Center, Pana. Services will be 10 a.m.

Saturday in Sacred Heart Church, Oconee. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Friday in D.J. Kennedy Sons Funeral Home, Pana, with 8: 45 p.m. rosary.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Oconee. Mr. Hoehn was born in Witt, son of Joseph and Catherine Hoehn. He was a retired farmer and a member of Sacred Heart Church. He married Catherine Berns.

She died in 1951. Surviving are his sons, Paul, Joseph and Harold, all of Aurora; Arthur A. of Shelbyville; daughter, Mrs. Albert (Alice) Tinton of Assumption; brothers, Eugene of Decatur; Herbert of Staunton; sisters, lily Jannink and Helen Tem-men, both of Pana; 26 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. One son, two daughters, three brothers and one sister preceded him in death.

Jurgena MORRISONVILLE Joseph R. Jurgena, 72, of Morrisonville died 12:04 a.m. Wednesday (April 8, 1987) in St. Vincent Momorial Hospital, Taylorville. i Services will be 10 a.m.

Friday in St. Morris Catholic Church, Morrisonville. Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Moffitt Funeral Home, Morrisonville, with 7:30 p.m. rosary.

Burial will be in St. Morris Cemetery, Morrisonville. Memorials: Morrisonville Community Ambulance Service. Mr. Jurgena was born near Hillsboro, son of Richard A.

and Eve Jurgena. He was a retired Ricks Township road commissioner. He was a member of the St. Morris Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus, Morrisonville. He married Mabel Eckhoff in 1938.

Surviving are his wife; sons, Richard of Germantown, John of Litchfield; daughters, Joan Fullerton of Decatur; Mary Wegener of Kinmundy; Martha Harris of Springfield; sisters, Mildred Olroyd of Hillsboro; Berna-dine Carter of Fort Worth, Texas; 11 grandchildren; one greatgrandchild. Lang WESTFTELD Mrs. Loren (E-lizabeth A. Snyder) Lang, 76, of rural Westfield, died 10:30 a.m. Wednesday (April 8, 1987) in Paris Bahde ST.

PETER Mrs. Erich (Lana C. Remmert) Bahde, 79, of St. Peter died 8:10 p.m. Tuesday (April 7, 1987) in Fayette County Hospital, Vandalia.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday in St Peter Lutheran Church, St Peter. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Hotz Pagel Funeral Home, St Peter. Burial will be in St.

Peter Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials: donor's choice. Mrs. Bahde was born in St. Peter, daughter of Fred and Emma Remmert She was a member of St.

Peter Lutheran Church. She married Erich Bahde in 1930. Surviving are her husband; son, Dale of St. Peter; sister, Irene Berdram of Shobonier; three grandchildren. Seven brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.

Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery. Mrs. Daily was born in Moultrie County, daughter of Robert and Ona Waggoner. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She married Jesse Daily.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Star of Hope Chapel, Graceland Cemetery, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Entombment will be in Graceland Mausoleum. Gra-celand-Fairlawn Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Tuesday (April 7, 1987) in his home. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Arlington Park Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wis. There will be no visitation. Brintlinger's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He had worked as a security guard for Caterpillar Tractor Co. He was a 50-year-member of the Masonic Clover Leaf Lodge 990 Herrick; Scottish Rite Valley of Peoria; National Rifle Association; 50-year member of The Modern Woodmen.

He married Virginia McConnell. She preceded him in deaii. Surviving are his son, Roger W. of Milwaukee; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. One son preceded bin in death.

Ragel I Mrs. A. Rolland (Bonnie E. Smythe) Ragel, 92, of Clearwater, formerly of Decatur and St. Elmo, died 8:27 a.m.

Wednesday (April 8, 1987) in Clearwater Community Hospital, Clearwater. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in May Funeral Home, St. Elmo, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.

Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery, St Elmo. Mrs. Ragel was Horn in St. Elmo, daughter of Gecrge and El-nora Smythe. She wai a member of the Central Church of the Naza-rene.

She married A. Rolland Ragel. He died in 1973. Surviving are her son, Donald E. of Clearwater; one grandchild; two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Riley was born in Bloomington, daughter of Robert Luther and Elizabeth Rodgers. She was a member of the St. Thomas Catholic Church. She married Francis Charles Riley in 1914.
