The special climate and crop bulletin for the month of November was Issued yesterday by Acting Director Leon Guthrie, of the iilinois section of weather bureau, United States department of agriculture.

The bulletin is as follows: Cnseasonahlv warm weather prevailed over state until the 25th to the 26th when a change to decidedly cooler oc- urred in all sections, and temperature remained in the vicinity of freez ing point from that time until the close the month. The wheat is being lightly pastured in many localities, and orrespondents state that it is generally in exceptionally good condition to stand evero winter weather.
