resist GOP proposals despite the likelihood of failure RESISTING REPUBLICAN CONTROL Republican strategy on the House side is totally parti said one senior Democratic aide just make their own proposals the minority party to set the cans on their own turf Demo agenda or to pass ouis witnout controlling the legislative levers most common strategy is to wait and hope the other guy makes some mistakes
