Deaf are expected to attend Portland High School this fall because the state says the current high school program that toy Baxter offers does not meet state standards However state school for the deaf has won full approval from the state for its elementary and mid dle school programs which state education officials have described as Baxter located on Mackworth Island will continue to provide a
