station to broadcast giant employees but Sin clair Broadcast says it will honor union contracts By CLARKE CANIELD and RAY ROUTHIER Staff Writers Guy Gannett Communications announced Tuesday that it will sell WGME TV (Channel 13) and its syx other television stations to Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc one of the largest and fastest growing broadcast companies Sinclair based in Baltimore is a publicly traded family controlled company with a reputation for no nonsense business efficiency The broadcast group is the last piece of Guy properties to be put under contract Once the sale I NS IDE
