The price range in these parts, with cheap 4% money, makes land a better buy than most anything on the market. The price of farms in some parts of the state, such as $300 land, some believe too high, is governed more by the scarcity of offerings than yields. Dependable farms around, here today are close to normal, everything considered, in spite of the great difference in value of money. Nothing is more secure. SAMPLE OFFERINGS: 160 at S150—Complete set buildings. Good soil, slight roll, little pasture. Lights. Cash about $7.500. 160 at S160—Not as complete outbuildings; good house, furnace, lighls.
