hold off Scarborough 39 38 in a Western Class boys basketball opener riday night The game matched neighboring com munities whose bas ketball rivalry has heated up in recent years Both teams could be regional title contenders offense shut down in the second half as Scarborough gradually climbed back using an aggressive defense and getting the ball inside With the score 35 35 Brownell dribbled
