McGraw, a member of the business administration faculty at Northeast Louisiana State College since 1959, has been promoted to assistant professor and chairman of the Department. of Management and Marketing, it was announced Friday by Dean Dwight D. Vines of the School of Business Administration.

For the past two regular sessions, McGraw has been on academic leave for doctoral studies at Louisiana State University, where he was awarded coveted Ford Foundation Fellowships for advanced study in the areas of management, marketing, accounting. business education and economics. Before joining the NLSC faculty, McGraw was for a time a management intern with the U. S. Civil Service Washington.
