J. C. Gerike of* ficiating. Attendants were Carla Math* iason, Bode, and Roger Batt, Algona. There were 70 at a reception at Rongved's home after the ceremony. A 4 tier blue and white wedding cake centered the buffet table. They wilt live in Fort Dodge. She is employed at Globe Union, and he works with his father. CHURCH GROUP MEETS ALCW met May 27 in the church. Hostesses were Mrs. Maurice Halsrud, Mrs. Orren Olson, Mrs.. Burton Rood, Mrs. Oscar Williams, Mrs. A. C. Rossing and Mrs. John Lomert. Enough coupons were received for twelve 3-piece settings plus 3 tablespoons of silver were donated to Holden Village. Mrs, Darrell Johnson, gave a report on conference meeting in Humboldt in April. DATE BIBLE SCHOOL Vacation Bible school will be held for 10 days at St. Olaf Lutheran church in Bode beginning May 31, 8:30 to 11:15. Mrs. Lucille Torgerson is superintendent. Teachers are Mrs. Donald Bakken, Mrs. David Engel, Mrs. Orlando Grefstad, Mrs. Darrell Johnson, Mrs. Ralph Jacobson, Mrs. Leonard Miller, Mrs. Garmen Pflibsen, Mrs. Thor Selvig, Mrs. Charles Thatcher and Pastor M. Kraabels returned Thursday from Springfield, Mo., where they visited their daughter, Kay, the Al Knutsons. OTTOSEN GRADUATES Commencement was .held in the Ottosen school auditorium May 25 at 8 pirn, for 8th grade graduates Rebecca Aure, Mark Dale, Sharon Dodd, Marsha Hacker, Joyce Herold, Calvert Janssen, Richard Jenson, Jacqueline Kinne, Mary Larson, Jo- Ellen Meyer, Cathy Mitsven, Valerie Monson, Roger Oppedahl, Allen Pflibsen, Gregory SonofAlgonans featured in magazine Ayiiliam B: Wright, son of the Brail Wrights, Algona, was given an .unusual honor in ths spring edition of the western division of the Prudential Insurance Co. hoUse magazine. Besides being featured on the cover the lead article of three pages with several illustrations told of his work as agent in Great Falls, Mont. Of particular interest was his Service work after a policy had been written when the policy owner died. What the magazine called the f'Wright Way" was to tailor each policy to the man's needs, be sure of -realcoverage, watch for tax benefits, and hurry slowly when settling death claims. The Wrights have five children, four in school. For a tiine he was employed by the Henry Field Seed Co. in Iowa before going to Montana.
