Avalanche, Sept. 16, 1953 14 Vice Presidents Three Area Fairs Set To Open Thursday RECORD CATCH a Lamb, Hockley Exhibitions Set County fairs get underway in both Levelland and Littlefield Thursday, with three celebrations planned in each place. parade at 4 p.

15 (Special)A three run of the Dawson County Fair will open at 9 a.m. Thursday, with a parade scheduled for 6:45 p.r.., 15 minutes later than previously announced to gain benefit of darkness.
