See starred recipe. French Beans Provencale. . . In a frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil. Add 1 package quick- frozen Frenched green beans; 1 tomato skinned and diced; 1 clove garlic, crushed. Cook gently about 10 to 15 minutes or until the beans are tender and the tomatoes have become almost, but not quite, a puree. Shake the pan from time to time so that the beans do no stick. Barbecued Chicken. If the chicken is not warm — and you wish it were, rub it with softened butter or margarine.
