Surviving are one son, Richard Shore of Charleston, S.C.; one daughter, Donna McCoy of Casey; seven grandchildren; and 12 greatgrandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two sisters. She was born July 9, 1913, the daughter of George F. and M. Belle Waggoner Allison. She married Ervil Blalock. He preceded her in death.

Surviving are her cousins. Mrs. Blalock attended Sullivan First Baptist Church, was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Rhoda Rebekah Lodge No. 167 of Sullivan, and the Order of the Amaranth, Ellabelle" Court No. 25.

Mrs, Bushart operated the Westfield Drug Sundry from 1946 to 1950, worked in the restaurant business and secretarial field, and did volunteer work. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, a 50-year member of Eastern Star, Westfield and Kansas, a member of the Westfield United Methodist Church, and the Dorcus Group, Indianapolis Methodist Association.

She married James Gibler in 1954. He survives.
