Farncy's Bicycle Service. 46-3-x Future homemakers Entertain families MAYNARD — Forty-two girls of the West Central chapter of the Future Homemakers of America entertained their families at a 7 p. m. cooperative dinner at the Maynard school, Thursday, Nov. 1G. The business hour that followed opened with group singing led by Mardene Davis and Sandra Als- housc. Kaeh girl then responded to roll call by introducing the in dividual members of her family. As a seasonal project groups of girls made up of those represent ing the several churches in Han dalla, Maynard and Westgate, vol unteered to decorate the churches for the Thanksgiving services. On the p ogram was a skit, "The Old Woman in the Shoe" in charge of Sandra Stumme. Those in the cast were: Mary Ann Hamilton, narrator; Barbara Treptow, Mo ther Goose; and Loyce Lenius, Judy Derr, Jean Nus, Joan Bachman, l.oretta Iloeger, Janette Po tratz, Linda Bark, Patricia Carl sen and Virginia Persons as the teen-agers. The closing number was a panel discussion on "Parent Teen Problems" with Mrs. John fngels, chapter advisor, as moderator. On the panel were Mrs. Gene Brown ell, Mrs. Raymond Lang, Mrs. Al- vln Potrntz, Marjorie Davis, Sandra Alshouse and JoAnn Schrader. Refreshments were served at the close by Nancy McClain, Jane Ashby, Elaine Barry, JoAnn Schrader, Dorothy McClain, Janice Potratz, Kathy Barry and Judy Derr, for approximately 100 persons. Judy Langerman, who had given a talk on personality last month, read personality sheets which each girl had filled out. Everyone filled out the year's prog-am. which the leaders had wo.ked on previously. Mrs. Joe Langerman, one of the leaders, showed pictures and picture frames. It was decided that the club would be hostess to the Westfield Whirlwinds club at a Christmas party, Dec. 'J. I.unch was served by Janice Stnnnard and her mother. The next meeting will be held Dec. 9, with Barbara and Bonnie Boulton as hostesses.
