Harold and Vera Mullins 33-1 Youth Council meets The Fayette Youth Council held a special meeting at the Legion hall Monday night, and voted unanimously to cooperate with the Legion and Auxiliary in the handling of the advance ticket sale tor the barbecue, which is to be held August 16. It was also voted that for Friday night dances the boys must wear trousers and the girls skirts and blouses or dresses. The Center will be open Sunday p. m. from 2 until 5 with casual dress accepted. Mike Gaynor and Sherman Wright arc in charge of the dance this Friday night, with Mr. and Mrs. Gaynor as chapenones. Held ice cream party The Volga River Riders held their annual ice cream patty Si' urday evening, Aug. .'i. at the Farm Bureau building, aL.n/, with their regular meeting. Useless bingo was played. A picnic dinner and afternoon trail ride was held Sunday, Aug 6, at the Tex Schroyer farm near Arlington. They will also have an afternoon trail ride Sunday, Aug. 13, at the Don Alberts farm west of Fayette.
