Mrs. Meyers suffered a right shoulder injury and a laceration j of her left ear. She was trralcd and released at Alton Memorial Hospital. A police report showed she was driving north on Sixth Street and after crossing the intersection lost control of her car and struck the pole. Mrs. Meyers was charged with careless driving and driving without an operators license. Police of three charges after he car lion at the time of his arrest Sunday afternoon pleaded guilty to that charge and was fined $5 the driving while said she is scheduled for a pre liminary hearing before Police Magistrate 0.
