SUNDAY, MAY 29, 2011 DECATUR, ILLINOIS LOCAL D3 MACON COUNTY Allison DECATUR Martha A. Allison, 96, of Louisville, KY, formerly of Decatur, IL, died Tuesday, May 24, 2011. Martha was born October 6, 1914, at her parent's rural home near Johnson, NE, the daughter of Henry and Martha Martha Allison (Stutheit) Beckmann. She married Harlyn Allison in Danville, IL. in 1940.

He preceded her in death. Martha was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Louisville, KY and a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Decatur, IL. She worked at Mutual Home and Savings and Fairies Park Pro Shop Golf Course, where her husband was the 1st golf professional. She is survived 1 by her sons Stephen J. Allison and wife Bonnie "B.J." of Louisville, KY, Robert J.

Allison and wife Barbara of Louisville, KY; grandchildren Andrew and Timothy Allison, Anna Taylor John Allison, Lisa Long and Tonya Wiegard 3 great grandchildren; and former daughter-in-law Sue Koshinski of Decatur, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harlyn, son Daniel, two sisters and four brothers. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in North Fork Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.

(Rusty) Carr 41, of Springfield, formerly of Decatur, died Thursday (May 26, 2011) with loved ones at his side.

Private memorial service for family will be held. A celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements by: EllingerKunz Park Funeral Home, Springfield. Memorials: Melanoma Research Foundation or Ryan White Foundation. Rusty was born June 23, 1969, in Decatur, the son of Russell W.

and Diana Carr. He was a kind and gentle person who touched the hearts of all he met. Even though he encountered much adversity in life, he accepted each day for what it was and took all of his challenges in stride. Rusty will be remembered for his loving heart, giving nature and compassion for others. He enjoyed modelbuilding, fishing, camping and hunting, a and he had a passion for rock music.

Surviving are his parents, Diana Carr; and Russell W. and Cheryl Carr; grandmother, Frances Taylor; brother, Robert Carr and wife Tonia; sisters, Lori Carr and Dick Brunner; Amy Carr; and Angie Carr; nephews, Jeremy Bone, Gabriel Carr, Ezekiel Carr and Isaac Carr; niece, Bobbi Bone; great-nephew, Ryan Bone; three aunts; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Floyd Taylor; and Russell E. and Mildred Carr. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Jeremiah Elugbadebo and the MHCCI Team at Springfield Mental Health for providing Rusty with continued support over the last ten years.

A special thank you to Harbor Light Hospice and the entire staff of Decatur Rehabilitation Health Care Center for giving Rusty thoughtful attention and impeccable care in his final days. Roberts was born February 16, 1934 in Whitley City, Kentucky, the son of Jonathan and Lola Juanita Vanover Roberts. He was united in marriage to Gwendolyn Robinson on Dec. 28, 1977 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Survivors include his wife Gwendolyn of Decatur; son, Brian Roberts of Seaside, CA; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years and served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a very active member of the Ionic Masonic Lodge AF AM in Decatur and the York Rite. Mr. Roberts and his wife moved from Ypsilanti, Michigan to Decatur several years ago.

A service to celebrate the life of Carlotta will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Funeral Home with a visitation at 2:00 p.m. till the time of the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Care Specialist of Central Illinois, or DMH Hospice. Carlotta was born June 6, 1947 in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of Paul and Ruth (Beck) Boliek.

She was the Office Manager for Bob Brady Dodge for many years. Carlotta was a very caring wife and loving mother. She married Donald Meador, July 3, 1969 in Union City, TN. Carlotta leaves behind on this earth to cherish her memory, husband, Donald, daughter, Mindi Glass of Decatur, grandchildren, Chauncy Glass, and Romeo Glass, brothers, Michael Boliek and Stuart Boliek, both of Decatur, and sister, Becky Bailey of Decatur, and mother, Ruth Boliek of Decatur. She was greeted into Heaven by her father.

He married Cheryl Bond later they divorced. He then married Jackie Oliver. She preceded him in death in 2008. He leaves behind his sons, Jason Christopher Webb and Danny Webb and wife Toni all of Enid, OK, daughter, Wendy Webb of Oklahoma City, OK, mother, Mary Wikoff of Decatur, brothers, Elmer LeRoy Webb and wife Shirley and Clifford Allan Webb and wife Theresa all of Decatur, eight grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and three He great reunited in Heaven with his father, wife Jackie, and step-daughter. DECATUR Willie Lee Tate, Sr. departed this life on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Tate He was born on May 30, 1930 in Union City, TN the son of Ora Jane Sanders and Carie Tate.

He married Marilyn Lowery-Tate on July 9, 1998. Mr. Tate was a laborer at Wagners Casting Company and PDR Construction for over 30 years. He retired at the age of 60 years. He was a member of the Church of Living God Temple under the leadership of Chief Overseer E.F.
