air WTGS Channel 28 signed on Sunday Sept 2 the first station in the area programmed exclu sively for the says John Bailie General Manager and part owner of Channel 28 going to give the people the programming that they ask Starting with a healthy diet of movies and programming WTGS promises to be to the viewing desires of the area resident theater versions of movies are something that the networks says Bailie only are all of our movies uncut but some of them even been on broadcast television yet movies such as Dr Detroit DC Cab Conan the Destroyer and Halloween Plus showing some honest
