coming months John Bailie president and general manager of the station that carries the ox Network announced Wednesday the station was being sold to a new group of lordia inves tors and changes in programming and equipment will be taking place for the next several months as the pending sale is considered by the ederal Communications Commis sion and stockholders Bailie would not comment on the total purchase price but added the change will bring in $500000 in new capital to American Communica tions and Televison Inc (ACTV) 'J the corporation that has operated the fledgling network since its first broadcast on Sept 1 1985 ACTV announced it was selling its 80 percent stock interests to the new corporate structure be happier about Bailie said is the shot in the arm we needed will allow us
