(AP) - The Lincoln County sheriff's office reported today that five St. Louis area residents are believed drowned in a boating accident on the Mississippi River near Foley. Police said two men were saved. The incident took place Sunday night. Foley is about 30 miles north of St. Louis. Police identified the missing as Linda Race, 13, Gregory Arnold, 13, Orlan Danpier, 11, David Bolts, 15, all of St. Louis, and Tim Lindbough 30, of Jennings.
