Family Outing SOUTH ROXANA — Mr. and Mrs. Robert Heim of Decatur spent the weekend with M r s. Helm's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Binney of Missouri Ave., and Sunday they had a basket dinner at Kendall Hill in honor of Helm's sister, Mrs. John Nagle and six children from Ladysmith, Wis., along with other members of the Hein family.
