Miss Goforth, Dr. Busby Are Wed In Formal Ceremony Miss Cathleen Anne Goforth! became the bride of Dr. Leslie V. Busby in a formal, double-! ring wedding Sept. 18 at Grace 1 United Methodist Church in Alamogordo.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Jordan of 1310 Hawaii in Alamogordo and Jospeh K. Goforth of Black Range Lodge. Kingston.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. W. H. Acklin of Santa Rita and the late W. H.

Acklin. The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. L. D. Busby of Roswell and San Angelo, and the last L.

D. Busby. He is the grand-1 son of J. R. Busby of Roswell and the late Mrs.

Busby and Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Coppin of San Angelo.

Rev. Don Forsman officiated during the ceremony before an altar flanked by pink and white gladioli in tall baskets. Mrs. W. R.

Orr was organist. Special music included the themes from and and The bride was given in marriage by Joseph K. Goforth and were an Empire-styled gown of white satin. The Juliet bo- d'ce was highlighted with pearls also accented the deep cuffs and high neckline. She (wore a Juliet pearl headpiece and veil and her short train was of white bridal satin.

The bride was attended by Miss Margaret Gates of Artesia as maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Miss Mary Caron of Alamogordo. Miss Gates wore an Empire-styled, formal-length gown of candy pink ruffled at the neckline and sleeves. Hjr pink, tiered veil was held in place by a circlet of pearls and she carried a nosegay bouquet of pink rosebuds tied with matching velvet streamers. Miss Caron wore a matching MR.
