New Court Term Opens, Algona, Monday, Sept. 26 Jurors for the September term of district court, which opens here Sept. 26 with Judge Murray Underwood presiding, were drawn this week by County Clerk Alma Pearson. They will report Oct. 3 at 10 a.m. and include the following: Bancroft - Gerald Angus, Marian Inman, Geo. Johnson, Bernard Long, John Menke, Jack Nyman. Algona -Fred Asa, Charles Beringer, Jim Camp, Charles Dearchs, Dean Dodds, John Dreesman, Ronald Hansen, Verna Kaln, Ray Mertz, Fred Plumb, Merta Shore, Sylvia Smith, Utilities was held in the City, Hall, City of Algona, la., Aug. i 31, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock, p. m.
