Curllnville. was sentenced to 45 days in Macoupin County jail Friday after pleading guilty to petit larceny charges on June 8. AJso sentenced was Larry Plopper, 16. of Morrisonville. Judge Francis J. Bergen granted probation for a period of one year and fined Plopper $100 and court costs. Plopper had petitioned the court for probation after entering a guilty plea. The two youths were charged! with stealing gasoline. ' Allen j was not eligible to ask probation! as he had violated a previous! probation order, Judge Bergen 1 ^aid.
