Sen. McCarthy Is Eulogized As Alert Watchman Continued From Page One. SWIFT TRAGEDY MARYSVILLE, May boy fell into the Blue River Sunday triggering a swift tragedy that took the lives of a father and three of his seven sons. The victims were Clarence Koch, 35, a power company line foreman, and his sons, Alan, Darrell, 7, and Bryan, 6. Koch, Alan and a friend, Jack Ryan, were setting a trotiine from a boat when one of the boys on the bank fell into the river and the other leaped in to help him.

Koch dived in to rescue his sons, upsetting the boat as he jumped. The father became entangled in the trotiine and sank with his three sons clinging to him. Ryan was the only survivor. A.F.L.-C.I.0. May fall of three-year-old government and new elections appeared imminent today as anti-Communist Social Democrats pushed plans to quit the coalition. The shakeup was not believed likely to affect pro-Western foreign policies, however. The main differences involved are purely domestic. non-Communist political parties agree on the need for continued membership in NATO and continued cooperation with the United States and free Europe. The crisis arose Sunday night.

Delegates from the majority center bloc voted unanimously to demand a walkout when the full party congress meets next month. Approval by the full congress appeared certain.
