The products of an area chemical company will be instrumental in restoring tele- otone service to hurricane devastated areas of Mississippi. The material, part of the firm's Kleen line, will be used to dry out telephone lines and other equipment damaged by the torrential rains of Hurricane Camille.

Larsen said he expccts thai Southern Bell will order more of the material, forcing the company to go into overtime production. Southern Bell contacted Sur- distributors in south after the storm and arranged for shipment. An emergency batch was sent by air freight, and the bulk will be sent by truck. The firm is also involved in production of materials that Norman Larsen, President and Chief Chemist, examines a group of artifacts at his bench Surcon, Inc. has complete laboratory facilities for quality control, analysis and research.
