Cooper, the legendary hijacker who disappeared 17 years ago, have found a piece of parachute in the Columbia River, a few hundred yards from where $6,000 of Cooper's ransom washed ed bills that washed up on the banks of the Columbia nine years later, no trace of him has ever turned up.
