theft by unauthorized taking Boivin 22 received a two- to five-year suspended sentence and was placed on probation for five years- contingent upon her good behavior and compliance with the court order Boivin was ordered to make foil Boivin resigned shortly Oiler town meeting in March after discrepancies in the accounts were uncovered She was indicted in Coos County Superior Court in April on four
