Your June and July Club meeting is the time when every club should be planning for Achievement Day and the Home Economic and Livestock Show. As most of you already know, the Achievement Day will be July 28 at the grade school building in Union. The Livestock and Home Economics Show will be August 5 or 6 at the Union High School ball park. Main events planned for Achievement Day will be boys and girls grooming, boys and girls demonstrations, junior leadership, public speaking, dress revue, and girls judging.

At the fair, we will again have classes for all livestock projects as well as woodwork, electricity, and home economics. The Sharethe-Fun program will be also during the fair. Try to get a good representation from your club at both events. Whether you win a blue or white ribbon, the experience or showing in competition with other 4-H members will add to the benefit that you receive through 4-H work. Ten girls and their community leader, Mrs.
