17, of Route 1, Foristell, and Richard Hamilton, 18, and Albert Jerald Corbet, 17. both of Wentzville. The fourth youth apprehended is a juvenile and his case is being handled by juvenile officers. Six persons under the age of 21 years have been fined in Magistrate Court of St. Charles County on conviction of violating the new law on illegal possession of intoxicating liquors by minors.

These were the first penalties imposed in St. Charles County since the law went into effect September 30. Each one was fined $75 and given a 30 day suspended iail sentence. The Rev Richard E. Biemaster, pastor of St.
