Charles Richard Heath (Evelyn Kellock) as matrons of honor and Mrs. Edwin Lee Allen (Katherine DuBois), Miss Phyllis Barnes, Miss Elizabeth L. Quinby and Miss Clotilde Elaine Laidlaw as bridesmaids. Mr. Finley Bailey Krause will be the best man for Mr.

King and the ushers will be the Messrs. Edwin Lee Allen, Melbourne Kimball Harwood, Charles Richard Heath, John Eben Kreps, Jr. and Theodore Ford Schafuss. Mr. King and Miss Swimm will spend their honeymoon abroad.

W. Arthur Lee, Russell Woodward and Otis Zwissler. Mr. Haenlein and his bride will make their future home in Manhattan. THE ADELPHI ACADEMY PARENTS and Teachers Association held the third tea of the season on Monday afternoon, February 25th, in the Kindergarten rooms.

'Robert Alfred Shaw as chairman, and Miss Adelaide Haxtun, executive secretary, the organization which has made the Philharmonic Concerts in Brooklyn a possibility were the guests of the Manhattan Auxiliary Board of New York women for the Philharmonic Symphony Society of New York. The meeting was held at the home of the chairman, Mrs. Vincent Astor, 128 East Eightieth Street, and it was interesting to hear the reports read especially that of Mrs. Harris Childs, chairman of the Educational Committee. It seems that members of the Philharmonic orchestra, one from each of instruments, gives free lessons to certain poor and talented children in the public schools so that quite a good little orchestra is growing up among these children.

Mrs. Vincent Astor presided, and reports were read by Mrs. Charles S. Guggenheimer, chairman of the Student's Concert Committee, Mrs. Arthur Sachs recording secretary and Mrs.

Charles E. Mitchell, chairman of the Children's Concerts, Mrs. Henry M. Alexander, chairman of the Pension Fund. Here it was learned that dear old Mr.

Schultz, 'cellist, who is so familiar to us all from our childhood, will retire this spring, and is eligible for a pension. Mr. Walter Price of the Men's Board of Directors, gave an interesting talk on what the men were doing for the Philharmonic. The meeting was followed by a tea to meet Mr. Toscanini.
