fullback and tailback Saturday Constantinides got his chance to start at tailback because of an injury to regular tailback Terry Smoot in last week's Kentucky game Constantinides who had not scored touchdowns one on a remarkable 76-yard run and caught a pass for a two-point conversion to score 26 points as the Gobblers rolled up their sixth consecutive victory of the season to defeat Richmond 45-14 halftime margin was only 14-7 but the Gobblers with Constantinides going 76 yards for a touchdown on the second play from scrimmage in the third quarter padded their point total in the last two minutes of the game by picking off Richmond passes and running the ball back for two touchdowns Gillette Standout Unable to run against rugged defense the Spiders had to go to the air for their -scores and threats Walker Gillette outstanding sophomore split end set up first touchdown with a tine catch of a Buster O'Brien pass and run the play covering IB yards Gillette scored the second Richmond touchdown by taking a short pass from and legging it some 80 yards into the Tech end zone That play started from the Richmond 17 and Gillette after catching the ball pulled away from the Tech
