LITTLE ROCK ARK June 13 (A) A supermarket employee noticed a man hurrying down the street last night leaving a trail of $1 and 85 bills behind him The employee ran halfway down the block shouting to the man that he was dropping the money But he couldn't catch him When the employee returned to the store he learned that a robber had just made off with an undetermined amount of cash With Republicans driving to wind it up this week the televised dispute between McCarthy and Army officials will resume tomorrow with either McCarthy or one jot his aides on the stand Once the hearings are ended the Wisconsin Senator would be technically free to resume his controversial investigations which he frequently has complained are being held up by the current inquiry McCarthy told a newsman however that he wants a week in the sun somewhere to rest before he makes any new move He said Potter is ready to go ahead quickly on what will be the next public inquiry by the Senate investigations subcommittee Potter said preliminary interviewing of witnesses has been completed for a formal Investigation of what has happened to Americans who still are held behind the Iron Curtain This would include American Does Honors at Mosque Chatham Beauty 17 Wins Legion Contest at Mosque Bathers Turn Out in Crash Here Fatal To Girl 13 9 Parents and Sister Of Child Are Injured A 13-year-old Richmond girl was fatally injured and her mother father and sister were injured yesterday afternoon in a two-car collision at the intersection of Seventh and Cary Streets The child Bettie Houston of 15 South Belmont Ave died at Medical College of Virginia Hospital at 6:15 four hours after the accident Her parents Gordie Russell Houston 44 and Mrs Susie Houston 31 and her sister Linda Houston 9 were taken to the same hospital Authorities said the father was suffering from shock the mother lacerations of the forehead and the sister an undetermined head injury and lacerations The condition of the child was listed as serious last night The mother and father were released from the hospital after treatment Traffic Officer Hugh Findlay said they were driving east on Cary Street when their vehicle was in collision with a car moving north on Seventh Street The force of the impact knocked the Houston automobile up on the sidewalk The policeman said the other vehicle was operated fay James Walker 33 Negro of the 600 block North Tenth Street who was not injured Walker was arrested on a charge of involuntary manslaughter after the death of the child He was booked at First Precinct Station pending a Police Court hearing Second Fatality It was the second fatality to occur at the intersection which is protected by a traffic signal light in less than a month The death was the seventh reported in Richmond this year Meanwhile the Virginia traffic toll for 1934 reached 315 yesterday with the report of three other traffic deaths Joe Wright 53 of Washington was killed instantly yesterday afternoon when the and American cigarettes in Yugoslav waters 50 tons of high explosives and napalm on guerrilla strongholds only a few miles east of Hanoi early today During the night two small posts one northeast and the other southeast of Hanoi beat off Vietminh attacks in short bitter battles At the same time the Communist-led guerrillas and their sympathizers moved in to delta peasants harvest the rich rice cropi A French officer here predicted bitter fights will occur when the rebels try to get the rice out to their main forces The United Press reported that French warplanes blasted the trunk highway drowned in separate accidents in Virginia yesterday 'The victims were Douglas Seldon Wyatt 9 son of Mr and Mrs John Henry Wyatt of Jeffers Drive Bon Air and Jo Ann Simpson 11 daughter of Mr and Mrs Joseph Simpson of Fairfax County A third-grade? at Bon Air School young Wyatt drowned in Urbanna Creek at Urbanna Middlesex County at about 1 He had gone to the beach with his parents a sister Patricia 7 his aunt and uncle two cousin and Jimmy Grant 9 a neighborhood friend Boy Could Not Swim The boy swim and was wading in shallow water about 30 feet off shore He was floating on his face and suddenly went under the water according to his father Ills parents and several men at the beach including Lifeguard David Richwine ran into the water in an effort at rescue The boy was found in a 10-foot hole about five minutes later by Buddy Redman about 17 of Mechanics-ville Rescuers gave artificial respiration for more than an hour but young Wyatt could not be revived He was pronounced dead
