Dianne Kuhlmann And Albert Fish Wed Here iditK*?,:'' : In a candlelight ceremony May 7 at 8 o'clock iii the First Baptist church, Dianne Faye Kuhlmann, daughter of Mrs. Wilma Kuhlmann of Algona and the late R. L. Kuhlmann, became the bride of Albert L. Fish, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Fish ofCorwith. Pastor Mack E. Carlson officiated at the double ring ceremony. Mrs. Ron Bitz was organist and Merrill Grisham, nephew of the bride, sang. The bride, given in marriage by her brother, Robert Kuhlmann, wore a floor-length gown fashioned of French designed scalloped Chantilace over taffeta and nylon net. These are the exciting new looks made especially for 7 to 14 lassies. $2 98 Sheakleys Algona Emmetsburg accented with sequins and pearls, the very full skirt featured four bouffant lace ruffles topped with a pointed flounce edged with sequins and a chapel length train. The bouffant veil of imported silk bridal illusion was attached to a princess crown of pearls accented with crystal teardrops. She carried a cascade bouquet of red roses with white stephanotis. The bride's personal attendant was Mrs. James Wildin, cousin of the bride. Attending the bride as matron of honor was Mrs. Clinton Godden, sister of the bride. Bridesmaid was Jan Estherg. The groom's attendants were Ron Fish, brother of the groom, and Jack Niewald, brother-in-law of the groom. Lisa Godden, niece of the bride, and Bryan Fish, brother of the groom, were flower girl and ring bearer. Candle- lighters were Rowena and Gilbert Wildin, cousins of the bride. Ushers were Clinton Godden, brother-in-law of the bride, and Darrell Fett, uncle of the groom. Mrs. Robert Kuhlmann, sister- in-law of the bride, was in charge of the guest book. A reception for 200 guests was held in the church basement immediately following the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Sanford Anderson were dining room host and hostess. Waitresses were Mrs. Floyd Armstrong, Mrs. Alfred Fett, Dawn Wildin and Vickie Ristau. Mrs. Ardyth Thomason and Mrs. Les Wildin cut and served the four-tiered wedding cake. Mrs. Jane Grisham, sister of the bride, and Mrs. Wayne Byerly of Ames served the coffee. Mrs. Lewis Wildin, aunt of the bride, and Mrs. Dick Bachler were at the punch table. Mrs. Jack Niewald, sister of the groom, Mrs. Bill Fett and Mrs. Dean Mittlieder were in charge of the gifts. The bride is a graduate of Algona high school and Hamilton Business College, Mason City, and is presently employed at the Algona, (la.) Upper Des Moines Tueidoy, May 24, 1966 Adeline-Wagner and family of St. Joe with 30 relatives and friends gathering for asocial Debbie and Murl Dodds. daughter and son of Mr, and Mrs. Dean Dodds of Algona, observed their birthdays Sunday, May 15, with grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kohlhass and family, great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Thul and Mr. and Mrs. K. L. Kohlhass, attending the family dinner at the Dean Dodds home. The paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Dodds and family, great grandmother, Mrs. Mamie Winkel of Algona, and aunt, Mrs. Marie Jacobs of Austin, Minnesota, also attended. Mr. and Mrs. Milford Plathe and Mrs. and Mrs. Sylvester Wagner attended the 65th annual assembly, Iowa State Council Iowa State Bank in Algona, The groom is a graduate of Corwith- Wesley high school and Gales Institute of Indianapolis!
