Fverv labor union in Alameda county will be represented tonight at the second meeting of the local Plumb plan proponents.

The Central Labor Council, Metal Trades Council and Building Trades Council committees will be augmented at the meeting by similar bodies from the railroad broth-erhoods-and every either rail organization, not included in the Big Four. The first meeting was one of or- -ganlzation only, when a name was selected und a parliamentary procedure decided upon. A statement of what the proponents favored doing, was also an outcome of the first niep.ling. Donahure were appointed by the Building Trades Council of Alameda county to meet with similar appointees from otbeL central labor bodies in an en-deavoV to combat activities of non- union 'speculative builders of homes In this vicinity.
