Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m.

Tuesday at St. Peter's Cemetery in Campbell Hill. There will be no visitation. Wilson Funeral Home in Campbell Hill is in charge of arrangements. Orville Launius Orville Launius, 72, of Cedar Point, formerly of Cobden, died Sunday, July 18, 1982, in IVC Hospital in Peru, 111.

Funeral services are pending at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden. Police report Perry County Marvin L. Roberts, 24, of Route 2, Mulkeytown, is in the Perry County jail today charged with home invasion and taking indecent liberties with a child. Roberts is accused of entering a home in Old Du Quoin about 11:15 p.m. Saturday and assaulting a 10-year-old child.

He was arrested several hours later. Bond is to be set today. Authorities said they have discovered no link between Roberts and a rape that occurred in Du Quoin several weeks ago, but that they are currently investigating his movements over the past several months. Franklin County About $900 worth of damage was caused to a steel door and an air conditioner at the American Legion in Thompsonville where someone attempted to break in Sunday. Coins, wedding rings and a pistol with a total value of $400 were taken sometime the last three weeks from the home of John E.

Randolph County Albert A. Moore, 32, of Sparta, was held in the Randolph County jail in Chester under $80,000 bond today pending action of charges of retail theft in Randolph County and armed robbery and paternity in Cook County. Moore was arrested Friday by Sparta police and charged with retail theft under $300. He is also held pending action on Cook County warrants. Leo Ohms, 31, of the Modoc rural area, was held in the Randolph County jail in Chester today pending action on charges of unlawful possession of hypodermic syringes, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm without a registration card.

Ohms was arrested Saturday by Randolph County authorities. Od Wade, 38, no address listed, was held in the Randolph County jail in Chester today pending action on a charge of taking contraband into a state institution. Wade was arrested Saturday by Red Bud police and Randolph County authorities and charged with throwing knives over the wall of the Menard Correctional Center at Chester. She was born July 30, 1966, in Herrin, to Ivan and Maxine Rich-ey Harmon. Survivors include her parents; a sister, Kerri Furr of Marion; paternal grandmother, Effie Harmon of Herrin; two nephews, one niece and several cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Grant and Edith Black Richey.

Saturday, July 17, 1982, in the Harrisburg Medical Center. She was born June 6, 1923, in Saline County, to Dan' and Verba Cul-lum Bcal. She was married to James William Travis July 18, 1941. She was a housewife and a member of the Mount Calvary General Baptist Church and the Republican Women's Organization. She is survived by her husband, James; two daughters, Peggy Gee of Stonefort and Sharon Clardy of Simpson; seven brothers, Jim, Dean, Dan Charles, and John Beal, all of Harrisburg, Donald Beal of Sheridan, and Billy Beal of Sarasota, two sisters, Irene Roberts of Harrisburg and Bonnie Pennell of Cave-in-Rock; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by one. brother, Hobart, and one sister, Peggy. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Gaskins Funeral Home in Harrisubrg. Burial will be in Pearson Cemetery.

Mrs. Burns died at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 17, 1982, in Fair Acres Nursing Home in Du Quoin. She was a member of the Elkville United Methodist Church. She was born Sept.

28, 1896, in Hal-lidayboro, to Thomas and Rhoda Al-sop Burnett. She married Giles B. Burns June 8, 1912, in Hallidayboro. She died June 27, 1970. Survivors include two sons, Thomas of Elkville and Lary of Fort Collins, Colo.

Carbondale woman missing Police are investigating a missing person report filed shortly after midnight Sunday by the roommates of Suan C. Tnnis, 21, of 509 S. Rawlings St.

The roommates told police Ms. Innis was last seen at home about 11 p.m. Saturday, and told police it was unusual for her to be gone that long without contacting the roommates. Ms. Innis worked as a nurse's aide at Styrest Nursing Home, and officials there told police she did not report for work as scheduled on Saturday or Sunday.

She was described at 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds, with bue eyes and shoulder-length blonde hair, cut in a shag style. Corm Thomas Kelley Corm Thomas Kelley, 91, Of Route 2, Du Quoin, died at 1:05 a.m. Sunday, July 18, 1982, in Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin. Mr. Kelley was a retired coal miner. He was a member of the United Mine Workers Local 5134 and the First Christian Church in Du Quoin.

He was born Nov. 13, 1890, in Sato, to John nd Lillie Stanhouse Kelley. He married Anna Wright Feb. 8, 1915, in Du Quoin. She died July 4, 1970.

Survivors include two daughters, Ruth Roumanas of Chicago and Catheryn Muehleman of Du Quoin; a son, Gerald of Chicago; three grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. He also was preceded in death by one sister and four brothers. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Neal Memorial Chapel in Du Quoin. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Du Quoin.

Both men are charged with illegal possession of liquor by minor in connection with the same incident. Mr. Jacques had operated Fuzzy's Betty Pair Beeman Betty Pair Beeman, 40, of Berkeley, died Saturday, July 17, 1982, in the LaGrange Community Hospital in La Grange. She was born July 13, 1942, in Nashville, to Amos and Gertrude McCoy Pair. She married Robert H.

Beeman April 8, 1972, in May wood. Survivors include her husband; a son, Bobby, and a daughter, Susan, both at home; her mother, Gertrude Pair of Nashville; and her mother-and father-in-law, Frances and Robert N. Beeman of River Forest. Mrs. Beeman was a registered nurse at Hines Hospital in the Chicago area.

She was a member of Community Nursing Services and was on the board of directors of the Berkeley Community Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith. Her father preceded her in death Aug. 24, 1980. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m Wednesday at the Krupp Funeral Home in Nashville.

Two in boat mm on marijuana Michael J. Amble, 18, of Carter-vtlle, was charged with possession of between 30 and 500 grams of cannabis Sunday after being apprehended on a boat at the Lake of Egypt.
