I haven't a single thing in blue denim!" Public Records eAntnMrxtrtx rder and have deprived Mrs Klnnison of her constitutional rights not! to be discriminated against on the basis of her sex This the suit says is in violation of tbej 14th Amendment and the Civil! Rights Act of 1971 The suit alleges further that Mrs Klnnison has suffered financial hardship and and slreta strain vexation and mental anxiety as a result of the unlawful and discriminatory acts" The defendants have been directed by the federal court to file an answer to the complaint within 20 days Failure to file an answer according to the court will result in Judgment by default in favor of Mrs Khmison School officials Friday Indicated that they are consulting with attorneys and offered no comment on the court action A 1952 Ohio attorney opinion maintained that payment of side leave for maternity purposes would not be legal under Ohio law The state office also adhered to this interpretation Last summer the Ohio General assembly passed legislation mandating payment of sick leave for maternity purpose!
