York Daily Record, Tuesday, July 17, 1973 York Area Deaths Mrs. Flora E. Wright DALLASTOWN Mrs. Flora E. Wright, 86, died at 8:45 a.m.

Monday at her home, 251 East Maple after an illness of six months. Mrs. Wright was born in York County, a daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Reichley Taylor. She belonged to Trinity United Methodist Sunday School, Dallastown. She leaves five children, Mrs.

William Garland, 35 North Hartman and Paul O. Wright, 316 East King both of York; James D. Wright, 61 East Pennsylvania Yoe; Mrs. Wilbur Smith, 241 West Main Dallastown, and Mrs. Noel Hirons, Lebanon; nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, four step great grandchildren and three brothers, Curvin and Frank Taylor, both of Red Lion, and James Taylor, Yoe.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday from the Burg Funeral Home, 134 West Broadway, Red Lion. Officiating will be the Rev. William C. Wittmer, pastor of Trinity UM Church.

Interment will be in Yoe Cemetery. Benajmin F. Koch Benjamin F. Koch, 77, husband of Mrs. H.

Ruth Foose Koch, 456 W. Philadelphia died Monday at 10:30 a.m., at his residence. A native of York County, he was a son of the late Benjamin F. and Anna Wintermyer Koch, and had been employed by the U.S. Postal Service for many years prior to his retirement.

Mr. Koch, who was a veteran of World War held membership in West York Post 8951, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and in York Chapter 331, National Association of Retired Federal Employes. Also surviving are: A son, Glenn R. Koch, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Charles R.

Seeley 755 Hardwick Place; Mrs. Mike Mattson, West Yellowstone, Montana; two grandchildren, a great grandchild, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Baum, 142 E. Charles Lane. The Rev.

Robert K. Shaull, pastor of St. James Lutheran Church, West York, will officiate at funeral services Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Robert F. Koller Funeral Home, 2000 W.

Market St. Burial will be in Mt. Rose Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to York-Adams Lung Association. Bradley E.

Deibert Funeral services for Bradley E. Deibert, 16, of 546 W. Philadelphia who drowned Sunday while swimming in a quarry in East Manchester Township, will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market St.

He was a son of Willis W. and Mary Jane Eicherly Deibert. He was a junior at York County Vocational-Technical School. Surviving also are two brothers, Robert C. Deibert, 576 Company and John C.

Deibert, Burlington, and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Smith, 1888 Filbert St. The Rev. Dr. Mervie H.

Welty, Shrewsbury, a retired United Methodist pastor, will officiate at the funeral. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Frank A. Tutino Frank A. Tutino, 50, husband of Mrs.

Mary A. Mirasola Tutino, 921 S. Pine died early Sunday evening at Harrisburg Community General Hospital. He was a son of Mrs. Rosa Tutino Tutino, York, and the late Gerlando Tuntino.

An Army veteran of World War II, he was shipping clerk at Alloy Rods, Hanover, a division of Chemetron. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church; Holy Name Society; York Council 1530, Physicians Ending Training Knights of Columbus; 4th Degree Bishop McDevitt, Assembly; Yankee AA and St. Joseph's Bowling League. He also leaves two daughters, Mrs.

Rose Mary lacono, 430 Atlantic and Mrs. Rose C. Marsala, 1620 First Elmwood; two grandchildren; two brothers, Andrew Tutino, 345 E. Philadelphia and Joseph Tutino, 172 Kirch Road, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Sciortino, 27 W.

Jackson St. Funeral services will be held at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Reiley Funeral Home, 252 S. George followed by a mass of Christian burial in St. Patrick's Church.

Burial will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery Mrs. Goldie E. Rodgers DOVER Mrs. Goldie E. Rodgers, Dover RD 5, who died Saturday, leaves two stepchildren in addition to survivors previously reported.

They are Mrs. Nellie Slagel, 817 Mt. Herman Emigsville, and Charles Rodgers, Florida. Mrs. Alice M.

Legore Mrs. Alice M. Legore, 55, wife of Richard S. Legore, died Monday evening at 5:15 at her residence, 1213 Priority Road. Born in York, she was the daughter of Mrs.

Elsie Gingerich, 808 Wayne and the late Edwin F. Hively. She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church and Sunday School. Surviving also are three daughters, Mrs. Sandra Kopp, 1292 W.

King Mrs. William Roberts, 320 Tioga and Mrs. William Schwartz, Ledyard, a son, Scott Legore, at home; seven grandchildren; a brother, James Hively, 141 N. Newberry and a sister, Mrs. Joseph DiOrio, 330 Lyndhurst Road.

Funeral arrangements were incomplete. Mrs. Everil C. Crumbling LEADER'S HEIGHTS Mrs. Helen L.

Hoff Crumbling, 62, wife of Everil C. Crumbling, 143 Indian Rock Dam Road, was dead on arrival Monday at 10:45 a.m. at York Hospital. Mrs. Kathryn Fourhman, a deputy county coroner, attributed death to a heart illness.

Mrs. Crumbling, who was born in York, was a daughter of the late Charles William and Fannie Elizabeth Lau Hoff. She had retired a few months ago on her 62nd birthday as an employe of Servomation, working at York College. Also surviving are: Four children, Donald L. Crumbling, Dover RD Dean A.

Crumbling, Dover RD1; Everal C. Crumbling, York RD Mrs. Linda Krout, Seven Valleys RD nine grandchildren; a brother and sister, Charles Hoff and Mrs. Goldie Bowers, both of York; six half sisters, Mrs. Frances Parr, Mrs.

Gloria Vaughn, Mrs. Loretta Redding, Mrs. Betty Zeltwanger, Mrs. Dollie Christian, all of York, and Mrs. Clara Crippens, Arcadia, Fla.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday with services at 10:30 a.m. from the Eberly Funeral Home, 104 W. Main Dallastown, with Carl E. Boeckel, minister of York-South Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses officiating. Burial will be in Salem Union Cemetery, Jacobus.

Benfer. Dr. Andrew Hickey, who completes the Family Practice program, will practice with Dr. Donald E. Piper.

Drs. Menchey and Steckel completed their intern and resident programs at York Hospital. Dr. Hickey interned at the U.S. Public Health Hospital, Staten Island, N.Y., and completed his specialized training at York Hospital.

Of the 14 other residents who complete their specialized education programs at York Hospital this month, four will enter the military service, three will enter new specialized training, six will enter private practice, and one is undecided. Hess (R-28th) reminds persons who lost homes or personal property in the floods of June 1972 or September 1971 they might be eligible for a State Flood Relief Grant. "These are grants, not loans, and as such don't have to be paid back," Hess said. "They were made available through legislation aimed at helping those who suffered the hardships wreaked by those two devastating floods. Hess said there are a few requirements to be eligible: Losses can't have been fully covered by Small Business Administration loan forgiveness. Losses can't have been fully covered by insurance.
