joined Pyles in criticism of the police department but was not invited by Mayor Thompson to the meeting referred to by Pyles said Friday "If the citizens of this city want the same conditions to exist Bennett said Coney predicted that taxes will go higher unless the consolidation charter is approved and he said this would cause Macon and Bibb County to lose population between now and 1980 "If the
