It was like taking a sugar-coated pill for Jeff Smedley and he doesn't know yet whether he swallowed it. The three men who killed Happy Smith in Kansas City during the republican convention were legally-hanged, last week, and the sheriff does not know whether he or one of his five deputies pushed the electric home in Fayette Sunday.
